Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your watch, choose any available options, and click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

We accept major credit and debit cards, secure online payment platforms, and, where available, instant EFT. All transactions are protected with industry-standard encryption.

Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. We deliver across South Africa with trusted courier partners. 

All orders over R650 will enjoy free delivery across South Africa. A small fee of R75 applies if your cart total is below R650, which is applicable to all areas within South Africa.

 

 

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times range from 2–5 working days, depending on location.

Currently, we focus on local delivery. For international orders, please contact us to discuss options.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return your watch within 35 days of receiving it, provided it is in unused condition and in original packaging.

In general, you can return an unwanted, provided:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and packaging still intact;
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts; and
  • you log a return on the Website within 35 days of the order date.

Should a product be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please notify us via email. 

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible (if possible) or refund you for the purchase price of the.

Refunds are normally handled within 10 days of logging the return. Replacements could take longer, depending on  replacement availability

You may return defective products to Tomato Watches at Bacher & Co, 5-7 Ayrshire Avenue, Longmeadow, Modderfontein, 1645 for an exchange or refund.

Products will only qualify for a refund if the products to be returned are unused and packaging is intact.

Courier costs for unwanted products will be deducted from the refunded credit to the customer’s chosen payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 10 days.

Our digital watches (like Ashlee Too) focus on style and simplicity.

They display the time, date, and may include a stopwatch or alarm.

No phone connection or app is needed.

They are battery-powered and very easy to use.

Yes. Every watch comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty terms are included with your purchase.

Wipe the case and strap with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using water or cleaning agents unless your watch is water-resistant and designed for it.

Watches are rain resistant. Rain-resistant watches are designed to handle light water exposure, such as rain splashes or brief contact with water, but they are not intended for swimming, showering, or submersion.

Store your watch in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Using the original box or a watch case will protect it from dust and scratches.

Avoid extreme temperatures, magnetic fields, and exposure to chemicals such as perfumes or cleaning products. These can damage the case, strap, or movement.
